These Marketplace Terms ("Agreement") govern your use of the ZSD Marketplace ("Marketplace"), provided by Zero Sum Defense, Inc. ("ZSD", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must have an active ZSD account and comply with our platform policies to access and use the Marketplace.

Applications ("Apps") are listed by independent Developers or ZSD. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party Apps.

Developers must adhere to ZSD’s Data Handling Requirements. Apps must not misuse, share, or store data without explicit user consent.

All Apps must undergo a security review before publication. Reviews include:

Developers may offer free or paid Apps. ZSD handles billing, invoicing, and collections on behalf of App providers, where applicable.

Revenue share terms are detailed in your Developer Agreement.

App Developers retain ownership of their Applications. By listing an App on the ZSD Marketplace, you grant ZSD a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, distribute, and promote it.

This license terminates upon removal of your App from the Marketplace.

ZSD reserves the right to remove any App at its discretion, including for violations of security, performance degradation, or breach of this Agreement.

Developers will be notified of removal actions and may appeal through ZSD’s support channels.

ZSD may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will provide notice of changes via the developer dashboard and changelog.

For support or questions related to Marketplace operations or individual Apps, please contact ZSD’s Support Team at support@zerosumdefense.co. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the processes outlined in your Developer Agreement.

All Developers are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior, including but not limited to:

• Providing honest App descriptions and functionality.
• Respecting user privacy and data.
• Responding to support requests in a timely fashion.
• Maintaining a respectful tone in all communications.

ZSD shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use any Marketplace Application.

Users are responsible for reviewing App permissions and making informed choices.

ALL APPS FURNISHED VIA THE MARKETPLACE ARE EITHER “AS IS” AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, OR SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTIES OF THE FURNISHING APPLICATION DEVELOPER. ACTUALIZE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE ZSD MARKETPLACE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE ZSD MARKETPLACE.
